For complete enjoyment, make a mimosa salad as well. ????
Mimosa salad is one of the most cost-effective salads that can be served as an appetizer and as a side dish. A little effort for a lot of success.
Required:
4 larger potatoes
6 eggs
2-3 sour cream, I like when it's juicy
1 mayonnaise of 100 gr
pressed ham, ham 200-300 g, depending on how you like
pickles, about half a jar
300 g of cheese or trappist
salt and pepper
Preparation:
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Beat the eggs well, so that the yolks are hard-boiled. Grate the ham, finely chop the cucumbers, grate the cheese. Stir in sour cream and mayonnaise. Grease the bowl with oil, thinly, to make the salad easier, then put the potatoes, add salt and pepper and spread with sour cream and mayonnaise, put the ham, then the eggs and cheese, then the cucumbers, then coat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Repeat the process once more and put grated egg yolks and cheese on top. You can make the decoration as you wish. . . for example. put a roll of egg yolk like a pestle and around the carrot or tomato make petals. You can also cut the radishes a little decoratively, they will look tempting. Or make muscle like this with egg and cheese.
Mimosa salad is served cold. Remove with a large spoon, reaching all the way down.
