Vladislav Maksimović was born on June 9, 1956, in Kać near Novi Sad.
By profession, he is an electrical technician. He worked at Belgrade Airport until his retirement in 2019.
He has been engaged in painting his entire life. He has participated in group exhibitions at the military club, of which he is a member.
For his painting "He is a Genius - Dali," he received the first prize in Serbia in 2008.
He uses several painting techniques and media.
