Through the streets of childhood

Snežana Djordjevic, a self-taught artist from Serbia, has over the years developed her own unique and authentic technique through abstraction. With expressive brushstrokes, she harnesses her natural ability, creating works that emphasize color combinations and thick, layered impasto to capture the essence of a moment, emotions, and light on canvas. She is a member of the Široka Staza Watercolor Association in Belgrade and a member of the Ćuprija Association of Fine Artists. She has exhibited in numerous group exhibitions worldwide and in Serbia. She has participated in international and local art colonies. Through her work, she has received numerous recognitions and awards in the category of abstract expressionism.
At the 2020 American Art Awards world competition, she won 6th place for the painting "Balkan" (100x50), oil on canvas.
In Palm Springs, California, she received an award for the painting "Memories" (140x80) and a special award for the painting "Ocean Eyes" (100x100), oil on canvas.
2022 Talent Award in the Abstract 3 category at the juried international competition in Los Angeles for the painting "An Artist under a Starry Sky" (140x80), oil on canvas.
2022 Won 2nd place at the juried world competition Abstract 4 in Los Angeles for the work "Shadows of our Days."
2022 At the juried international competition Abstract 5 in Los Angeles, won the Talent Award for Abstract Art 2022 for the work "There Inside Your Heart."

2023 Won 3rd place in the Abstraction competition for the work "Harbour of Love -11," Scottsdale, Arizona.

2023 Special Merit award in the Abstraction competition for the work "Unbreakable," Santa Fe, New Mexico.

2023 Talent Prize Award at the juried Abstraction competition for the work "The Colors of our Sky," Los Angeles, California.

2024 At the international competition Abstract Red 2024 in Arizona, won second place with the work "Meteor -2."

2024 American Art Awards at the juried exhibition won 3rd place for the work "Alchemist" in the Abstraction category, Los Angeles, California.

2024 Special Merit award for the work "Red Sun," Santa Fe, New Mexico.

2024 Won 2nd place in the Abstraction competition for the work "Meteor 2," Scottsdale, Arizona.
