"Affinity" - the painting was exhibited at the "Black and White World" exhibition

Created from coffee sediment, the work depicts the encounter of two forest spirits, male and female, in the form of trees. Their connection is not human, but natural and symbolic, set within the space of the forest. The male figure gives his essence as an act of trust, while the female reciprocates with an emotion of a different quality. The exchange is not identical, but it is deeply balanced. The forest animals around them act as witnesses and a blessing to this relationship, while the circular form in the lower part of the painting points to the source, the coffee cup, and symbolizes the cycle, common ground, and renewal. - Mixed media; Silicone adhesive, tempera, glitter on paper
