This is a visual story about the inner schism of a person between light and darkness, time and eternity. The stairs disappearing into the water, the symbol of infinity at the center of the composition, and the hourglass speak of cyclicality, choices, and the impossibility of escaping one's own nature. A cosmic landscape collides with apocalyptic scenes, while the figure of a demon represents the raw, unrestrained side of the human psyche.

This is a painting about the loss of control, but also about accepting the fall as part of the journey.
