HEDONISM

The painting Hedonism, acrylic on canvas, 50x40cm, without frame, 2021, from the edition called Blue Lagoons, is part of the permanent VR exhibition "The Whispering of the constellations" on the website Artsteps, it illustrates a poem from the book of the same name, part of which is below: "Sweet hedonism chooses neither place nor time, lemonade at the sea, the waves you catch, the sun from your hair that warms you. A moment that heals you and when it passes, it does not wither, that perennial ravishing flower, when you nurture it, starts again. A well-known feeling, to which the whole being surrenders, the skin absorbs sweetness as it changes, nature as it rejoices. Life is like spring, it likes you to enjoy it primal, to bloom and shine, purple petunia, to intoxicate you with its fragrance. Don't wait to be placed where you should flourish, be a wild dandelion, learn to dream yourself. Feelings never deceive you, when says you need a new corner, listen to it immediately. You are only one step away and there are surprises! The sun embraces you and happiness repeats itself, dreams are hidden in your eyes....
