The Silence Between Heartbeats

This is only my second painting, but it carries deep emotion and personal meaning. Horses have always fascinated me — initially for their strength, and later for their tenderness and grace, which often remain hidden behind their powerful exterior.

With this piece, I wanted to capture that quiet, gentle moment of connection between a mother and her foal — a moment that needs no words, only presence. The white background represents silence and space, where only love exists — pure, primal, and unconditional.
