How much should I sell my art for?
There is no strict formula for pricing artwork. Beginners usually set modest prices, while established artists can charge more. It's advisable to research what other artists at your level are charging and price accordingly. As demand for your work increases, you can raise your prices. Avoid setting prices too low, as some buyers view art as an investment.
How can I increase traffic to my profile?
To increase traffic to your SerbianaArt profile, add your profile link to business cards, invoices, email signatures, and social media. Email marketing is also effective in reaching new buyers.
How do I receive order notifications?
Buyers can contact you via email or phone.
What happens if I reject an order?
If you reject an order, notify the buyer as soon as possible, within 2 days at the latest.
A buyer can cancel an order before making a payment. They can also request a refund after payment, as detailed in the Refund Policy.
Do I need to provide a tracking number?
Yes. See the Shipping Section for details.
What if a buyer requests a refund?
Refer to the Refund Policy.
